Problem
A Client needed a vendor to host, manage, and analyze all upcoming facility inspection data on an acquired asset that did not have an Inspection Data Management System (IDMS) in place. One of the biggest problems the Client faced was finding a simple software platform that could be tailored to their system. Big clunky systems such as PCMS, Meridium, and UltraPipe were just too expensive and hard to implement. They wanted something that was easy and cost effective to meet PSM and COGCC 609 requirements.

Execution
Blue Hawk is a smart form platform that is deployable on Android, Windows, iOS, and Trimble Data Collectors. Any form or process can be improved by a modernized smart form. Uses include API Inspections 510 pressure vessel inspections, API 570 piping inspections, API 653 tank inspections, well pad facility tank inspections, and DOT PHMSA pipeline/COGCC flowline inspections. Blue Hawk MI is our integrated analytics platform. It can also operate as a standalone IDMS (inspection data management system). Either way, it is a cutting-edge WebApp to analyze your collected data and is much more efficient and cost effective than its competitors PCMS, UltraPipe, and Meridium all while giving the Client a way to manage their inspection data and plan for future inspections in an efficient manner.

Results
Integrity EPC successfully onboarded BlueHawk for the Client at a cost efficient price point. The Client is very happy with the software solution and now has a way to track and manage their facility inspection data. Overall, the Client is was extremely satisfied they have a simple solution that was easy to onboard. In addition to a good price point, they now have an efficient way to manage their facility inspection data and a way to generate a look ahead inspection schedule of their assets.
