| The Client needed to know if their DOT regulated gathering system needed to meet the Control Room Management (CRM) regulations in the 49 CFR 195 code. The Client hired Integrity EPC (IEPC) to complete a Control Room Management (CRM) jurisdictional analysis review on their DOT liquids gathering system to see if they needed to meet the requirements of 49 CFR 195.446 – Control Room Management. |
| Utilizing very highly qualified IEPC resources to review their system against the DOT regulations, it was determined that the Client’s system did, in fact, need to meet the requirements of 49 CFR 195.446 – Control Room Management. |
| IEPC resources drafted a CRM Plan to meet the requirements of 49 CFR 195.446 – Control Room Management. |
Client was very happy with the CRM Plan implementation and continues to utilize IEPC resources on the overall implementation of their Integrity Management Program to meet the 49 CFR 195 regulations.
