President & CEO

Corey Staley

President Corey Staley brings over a decade of experience as a facility engineer. His career includes consulting on 49 CFR 192 and 195 regulations and overseeing the construction of a new crude oil gathering system in the DJ Basin. Corey’s diverse integrity background spans natural gas and oil assets, with expertise in pipeline integrity, GIS, and PHMSA compliance. As the founder of Integrity EPC, Corey fosters an entrepreneurial, results-driven culture within the organization. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Utah State University.

VP of Integrity Services, Sr. AUT Specialist LEVEL III

Josh Tillotson

Josh began his career in Advanced NDT in 2005 and currently serves as Vice President of Integrity Services at Integrity EPC. He is an expert in Advanced Ultrasonic Technologies, including UT, EMAT, MSKIP, Phased Array, and High-Temperature Ultrasonic applications. Josh is also recognized as an industry authority on corrosion at pipeline supports. He holds ASNT NDT Level III certification, API 510/570 credentials, and rope access inspector qualifications, along with multiple international PCN certifications. His career includes extensive global experience in the oil and gas and power generation sectors, with a proven track record in deepwater offshore platforms and subsea inspections.

VP of Technology

Brandin Sandel

Brandin Sandel, Senior Integrity Engineer, brings over a decade of experience in leading mechanical integrity programs. His expertise includes in-service management and design of pipelines and fixed equipment, execution of integrity programs, and development and ownership of in-house standards and recommended practices for vessels, coatings, and pipeline/piping fabrication. Brandon has also provided construction support and served as a champion for the implementation of risk-based software solutions, enhancing program efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Jeff Johnson

Jeff began his career in the NDT field in 1989 and currently holds SNT NDT Level III certifications in UT, MT, PT, RT, and VT, along with advanced API & UT certifications. He is an NDT Expert specializing in advanced ultrasonic techniques, including automated UT (AUT), HIC, HTHA, TOFD, PAUT, and UTSW examinations. With decades of success in on-stream inspections and risk management, Jeff has extensive experience across all phases of new construction and turnaround projects for chemical plants, refineries, and pipelines. As the former co-owner of Automated Technical Services, he built a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects on time, within budget, and to the highest industry standards—principles that continue to define his professional approach.

TJ Venable

TJ brings an engineering degree and API 510 & 570 certifications, along with extensive experience in inspection and mechanical integrity across both field and data environments. With a strong background in implementing and enhancing IDMS platforms, and specializing in turning raw inspection data into meaningful, actionable insights. With a focus on streamlining mechanical integrity programs to ensure they are efficient, transparent, and easy to navigate for both clients and internal teams. TJ is a firm believer in employee-first leadership, prioritizes mentorship, clear communication, and well-structured systems that empower teams to succeed. Equally committed to building trusted client relationships, he works to deliver clarity, consistency, and results through both daily collaboration and long-term strategy.

Josh Henderson

Josh Henderson graduated from Louisiana State University with a bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering and has spent the past 10 years in the oil and gas industry. His background is in establishing and managing mechanical integrity programs for downstream facilities, leveraging asset performance management software. He has his API 580 certification and has focused on developing risk-based inspection (RBI) programs and leading the implementation of inspection data management systems (IDMS) to optimize asset reliability and safety.

U.S. OPERATIONS MANAGER

Reese Mankenberg

Reese Mackenberg brings 15 years of experience in the inspection industry, with a strong background in operations, sales, and safety management. After teaching English across Asia for several years, he began his career in the oil industry working with major operators at the Samsung shipyards in South Korea. He later relocated to the Houston, Texas area to continue his career in inspection management. Originally from Minnesota, Reese holds a Bachelor’s degree in English and Spanish from St. John’s University in Collegeville, Minnesota.

Terra Moyers

Terra joins Integrity EPC as Director of Business Development from the University of Denver where she served as an assistant basketball coach for the past two seasons. She was in collegiate coaching for the past nine years before she switched career paths to the oil and gas industry. "I'm very excited to become part of the Integrity EPC team. Corey's drive and passion for the business is unlike any other, and that is what attracted me to the company," stated Terra. She has a bachelor's degree in business administration and a master's degree in organizational management.

Geneil, Administrative Director, has a passion for bringing projects to fruition and excels at turning challenges into actionable solutions. When faced with a problem or a task requiring organization, her skills quickly go into overdrive. Her professional background includes experience in a trauma center, various school districts, and managing and marketing for a private business, giving her a well-rounded foundation for leading administrative operations with efficiency and precision

Ivan began his career in the inspection industry in 2011 with Permian NDT in Gardendale, Texas, where he started as an assistant radiographer. Over the years, he has specialized in niche projects that required innovative, tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of clients. His experience spans a wide range of inspection services, from composite material evaluations to process piping inspections used in fuel enrichment. Throughout his career, Ivan has dedicated himself to developing customized inspection strategies, with the majority of his work focused on supporting producers in the Permian Basin.

Jason Lochrie

With over 20 years in the oil and gas industry, Jason Lochire specializes in mechanical and asset integrity, working with both industry leaders and smaller operations. He brings a deep understanding of the compliance, operational, and budgetary challenges businesses face, and prioritizes building long-term relationships with clients. Jason collaborates closely with operators to enhance asset reliability, ensure compliance, and optimize budgets through advanced inspection technologies and a proactive approach. Relationship-driven and results-oriented, he is committed to helping clients minimize downtime, stay ahead of industry demands, and achieve long-term operational excellence.

Will Cripps

With more than 30 years in the oil and gas industry, Will brings extensive knowledge and proven leadership to Integrity EPC. He oversees the New Mexico division, guiding operations, projects, and client relationships with a focus on safety, efficiency, and quality. Throughout his career, Will has built a reputation for practical solutions and a collaborative leadership style that empowers teams to succeed.
